Cancellation and Refund
You can easily submit return requests through our website by logging into your account and navigating to the “My Orders” page. Once there, you will find the option to initiate a Return/Exchange for your order. For guest checkouts, simply scroll to the bottom of the website and click on the “Request Return” option located in the footer. Enter your order details to begin the return process seamlessly.
Return Policy
Orders can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery. Special sale items, such as those included in end-of-season sales, Republic Day sales, upto flat 50% offers, clearance sales, etc., are non-returnable and are only eligible for exchange. Orders with damaged packaging or broken seals should not be accepted. Any accepted consignment with such issues cannot be returned. Items will be considered for return only if the product/price tag is intact and the product has not been used, washed, or damaged.
The item to be returned must be appropriately packed and handed over to the courier person. All returned items undergo a quality check by our quality team. The acceptance of the returned item will be communicated to you via email within 1 working day of receiving the return consignment.
Damaged/ defective/ wrong products
The product has visible cuts, crushes, tears, broken parts, dents, or scratches. The product seal is broken, or there is a leakage. The product is not in working condition. The product arrived with main parts missing. The product arrived with missing accessories. The product arrived in a different size than what was ordered. The product arrived in a different color or material than what was ordered. The item does not match the product description. The entire product is missing from the box and is not tampered with. The shipping box is damaged or tampered with. You can return or replace eligible items within the specified return window. Availability determines product exchanges.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy ensures that your refund will be processed within 3-7 working days upon receiving the return acceptance email confirmation. The refund will be made through the same mode of payment used for the original purchase. For account refunds or UPI transactions, the process will be initiated once the return is accepted. We also offer the option for exchanges within 15 days from the date of delivery. To request an exchange, simply log into your account on our website and navigate to the “My Order” section where you will find the option to initiate a return or exchange.

For prepaid orders cancellation, refund is processed to original source of payment. it is refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
Cancellation By Noireetas
Noireetas reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, as deemed necessary. This could occur due to unavailable quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing details, or issues flagged by our credit and fraud prevention team. If your order or part of it is cancelled, we may reach out to you for further details. In the case of prepaid orders, the refunded amount will be credited back to your account. The customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by Noireetas’ decision regarding the cancellation without dispute.
