International Shipping
Noireetas offers global delivery through regular postal services in collaboration with contracted carriers, ensuring the safe arrival of products in secure packaging. Should you notice any discrepancies with your package, we strongly advise refraining from accepting it and promptly contacting our customer care team at helf@noireetas.com. To facilitate international delivery, we kindly request that you provide your full address via our customer support email or WhatsApp number at (+918583860098). Upon receiving your address details, we will confirm the shipping method based on the guidelines provided by our delivery partner, India Post, for international deliveries. At Noireetas, we prioritize adherence to India Post’s international delivery guidelines to ensure efficient and reliable shipping processes for our valued customers worldwide.
Normal Shipping
In India, orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be processed the next business day. Noireetas is not responsible for carrier delays, holiday delays, or natural disasters. We do not assume responsibility for import customs, tariffs, or regulations. Orders typically ship within 3-7 working days, with delivery in 3-5 working days thereafter. Delays beyond our control may lead to order cancellations. We reserve the right to restrict shopping and are not obliged to deliver out-of-stock items.
Delivery
Items in stock ship within 2-3 days of order placement. Once dispatched, orders typically arrive in 4-15 days, depending on the shipping method and destination, unless otherwise agreed. Customers will be notified if delivery is expected sooner than stated on the website. We primarily use Indian Post for shipping but may utilize other courier services as needed for location or destination requirements.
Important Observation
During sale seasons, orders may experience slight delays due to high order volumes. Non-standard volume shipments may require additional payment for shipping costs. Noireetas is not liable for delays caused by weather, customs issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once orders are dispatched, address changes are not possible, so please ensure accuracy during checkout. First-time customers may experience delays due to authentication processes with their bank or credit provider. If a client decides not to accept their order after shipment, return shipping and import fees will be their responsibility and deducted from their refund.
